citizen escort achievement does not unlock

i safely escorted all the civilians/rebels to the train station, no one died but the achievement did not unlock, even tried retrying the same segment twice, still nothing.. any solutions or advice?

I got this achievement the other day.. I remember just running them as fast as I could but I got it first try.

Might be a silly question, but are you playing the latest patch and not pre 20th legacy?

Weird.. yeah sorry, I don't know why that's happening then. I've clean installed my own hl2 twice the past week trying fix some visual bugs and oddities in hl2 and Synergy.

not working for me as well, ive tried it several times, without saving, with saving, made sure every combine was dead and each NPC made it safely, still no achievement

I did it this weekend and works fine to me, that one and all other i had

Nope, zero cheats ( u mean the console with cheats? )
Anyway i didn't use nothing, if it don't works just use the app ..cause probably is bugged like in many other games :/

Yeah I got it as well by accident (didnt pay any attention to them). Missed some other achievements in episode 1, not using any cheats.
