help with "we dont go to ravenholm"

There's 2 ways to get past that position.

1. You don't need to move the tram, you can do a long jump to the platform from the walkway you're currently on.
2. Once back on the ground, shortly after meeting Grigi (where he tries to give you the shotgun) you can grab an explosive barrel place it next to the gutter downspout, climb onto the barrel and by using jump and the GG repel yourself up to the rooftop, (which just after that platform you're trying to get to in the image you provided).

There's tonza shortcuts in the chapter you can use to save time and damage without using cheats, just by using the game's world physics.
