The former Valve employee's resume stating they have been working on various things of single player game design since 2020 up until 2023 (which is when they left valve)?
the voice actor's resume is the least convincing thing on the list of evidence lmao.

If it does happen, it'll be such a huge stepstone in history of gaming (and valve learning to count to 3), the most anticipated, memed sequel ever. And if it does happen that means that there is slight chance of them be willing to give us l4d3, portal 3 etc....

I am inclined to believe that they are going to announce the game this fall (November 16th is HL2's 20th anniversary along with Half Life: Alyx being announced around the same time.) and have the game release either in 2025 or early 2026.

Before HL:A it would've been fair game to assume that the possibilities of HL3 or EP3 releasing are dead and will never happen but ever since Alyx and the ending they did for that game it's obvious that they are not done with the Half Life universe as a whole, otherwise what the ♥♥♥♥ would the point be?

Yes, they are cooking something up. Yes, it's HL related. And yes, it is going to be a sequel.
