I don't believe we know his real name, nor does any character, at least any resistance character. I'm 90 percent sure that nobody in half life 1 or two even does mention him by the name we do know him by, Gman.

so, in some opposing force boxes, (if you believe the expansion packs are canon,) Adrian Shepard calls him a "G-Man", it's also old timey slang for "Government Man", im also like 100% sure hes called gman in the game files. thought i'd just clear that up.
