i booted up the game and the title says "half lfie 2"

did they switch the f and i in life?
i can't be the only one seeing this unless my resolution messed it up
i have a screenshot but idk how to post it

I know this was a thing in Half-Life: Source. Since they use pretty much the same menu it might also happen here

1. "Verify Integrity of Game Files" to fix any changed files:

2. Check that this line:
title "HALF-LIFE'"
appears near the top of this text file:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\gameinfo.txt

3. If you have any custom files, delete or move them elsewhere:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom\

4. The title uses the "HalfLife2" font file:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\resource\halflife2.ttf
This font should not be "installed" on your computer - the game reads it directly from the resource directory. Find where all the installed fonts for your operating system are located (eg C:\Windows\Fonts). If there is a font with the same name (HalfLife2), delete/uninstall it (keep backup if you want) and then restart your computer.
