The Singing Vortigaunt
Why does everyone call the singing Vortigaunt the "All knowing Vortigaunt" When every other Vortigaunt in the game that you can talk to says the exact same lines?

Yeah but the thing is I heard all the All Knowing Vortigaunt's lines from the Vortigaunt who upgrades your boat with a machine gun. I don't know if this is an exception due to it being in the same chapter but I never spoke to the singing Vortigaunt and yet I've heard all its lines.

They're the same character, I think. He's also with Clnl Cubbage
