I have tested the "friendly" spawnflag on a rollermine but it seems to be broken and doesn't act the way you might intend for it to. (It's literally just a normal rollermine but it does no damage and doesn't open at all.)
If you want to mess around with this rollermine type, then here is the command to do so.
ent_create npc_rollermine spawnflags 65536
And if you want to give a rollermine the specific flag then here is the command.
ent_fire npc_rollermine
Entropy: Zero 2 has a feature where you can just hack the rollermine with:
ent_fire npc_rollermine hack
Or you can just spawn in a hacked rollermine with this command:
ent_create npc_rollermine hacked 1
