I need help installing patch

Hi guys, I'm trying to install some Alyx mods to see her naked (if I'm a pervert) but I can't get the game to recognize them. If anyone knows very grateful.

although it seems that this was made for the pirated versions of the game or there was a different way of installing the game.

Saludos gente, estoy tratando de instalar unos mods de Alyx para verla desnuda (si soy un pervertido) pero no logro hacer que el juego las reconozca. Si alguien sabe muy agradecido. Agrego el parche que deseo instalar

aunque parece que este fue hecho para las versiones piratas del juego o existia una forma diferente de instalación del juego.
