are the backwards normal zombie screams stock sounds?
Radio1 is made up of 2 stock music tracks and multiple other things are stock sounds too (like the ambient talking in the citadel). I really want to know if the zombie screams are stock noises, and if they were in any other games or movies.

Probably, Valve used quite a few stock sounds for Half-Life 2.

The charge sound for the fast zombie is a sped up version of the "howie scream" which is a famous sound affect referenced in movies and shows. It's like the "wilhelm scream"
