anyone know where to download microsoft speech api 5.1 (sapi) ?
I want install source sdk 2013, i need microsoft speech api 5.1, which has folder sapi in it. Official download from microsoft, has no folder in it. I need that folder to paste it to the source sdk. You have to run the extractor first than install it.
