Hack Attack in Half Life 2: Update
The last two achievements I need for Half-Life 2: Update are Lambda Locator and Hack Attack. I played through the entire game and killed 10-12 enemies in total with Manhacks and the achievement didn't pop, while it did around the end of Nova Prospekt in the normal game. Are the requirements for the achievement different in Update?

yep, you actually need to mislead the hack into his Combine friends/any enemy

Were you playing with MMOD? MMOD changes the manhacks somehow that breaks the achievement. Try playing HL2:U without MMOD; that is how I got the achievement.

verify integrity of the files, if still doesn't work then uninstall all of your mods and verify integrity of the files AGAIN. If it still won't work, I don't know then
