This means that you changed the sprint key and was automatically assigned for the car's turbo, because it uses whatever key is the "sprint" key. I want to set that the car's turbo is assigned to whatever the "duck" key, or the "zoom" key ecc. is.
The "+speed" action will always be used for both vehicle turbo and character sprinting.
The game won't allow two different actions to be assigned to the same key.
So you can't have sprint and duck on the same key.
But it will allow the same action to be assigned to two different keys.
So sprint can be assigned to both SHIFT and another unused key (for example, "t" for turbo.)
Use the developer console command:
bind t +speed
Thank you for your constructive response, it’s the first time I play this game and I'm surprised by how much customizable the controls can be, I particularly like the aliases. I didn’t realize that the vehicles' turbo was linked to +speed, I tought it was bound to the sprint key. OK then, I’ll try your solution, I didn’t know that you could assign two functions to the same key 😉
