I played around with various values, until the audio synced. Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact value I used, but you can just play around, see if that fixes anything on your end.
ESC, options, keyboard, enable developer console, tick it. If its not there, look around, its somewhere in there.
Once the box is ticked, pressing ~ brings up the developer console. In there, you input the command, and hit enter.
