What does it means anyway? I see it in many source game.

The node graph is what NPC's use to navigate, these graphs are generated automatically by the engine the first time you run a map, the message just means that the node graph for your map has no generated yet.

I've been having a similar problem where from Black Mesa East to Nova Prospekt, the lighting was gone and sometimes characters faces wouldn't move, and I don't know why! Any tips?

Have Valve, the parent company wake a hire a few to overhaul the engine. nearly 20 years out of date but PC's have 2x the timetable burn!
