hl2 mmod - Highway 17 Barrier glitch

I'm going through my first playthrough of mmod and it appears I've been softlocked. At high way 17, there is the part where you must go on foot and push the truck over the cliff (25:28 in the YouTube video), and then the barrier preventing you from driving the buggy through is lifted (26:10).

I do exactly that in my game but the barrier is still there. Does anyone know how I could fix this? I have tried loading some previous saves but that didn't work, and I don't feel like starting over/going very far back unless I know the game will work properly. Up until now there were now glitches/abnormalities, everything worked flawlessly.

It's a known issue. My solution is place your crosshair on the barrier, open the dev console and type "ent_fire !picker kill".

You can push the car in that crack next to the barrier using the gravity gun,thats how I got past

Don't need to do that either you can turbo the car between the bridge railing and SS post.
