Friendly fire is disabled because playtesters were annoyed by accidentally hitting their squadmates in the streetwar levels. There's still some evidence of it (We trusted you!), but other than that I don't think it's possible to get it back without directly modifying the source code, which is possible but requires loads more work.

don't necro and repeat what someone just said, just use my method which doesn't involve igniting and kills instantly. FYI: Use !picker instead of setting the name of the npc.
