[Introduction]
There are no more “Cops”, members of TCE with a white mask and black uniforms are known as Civil Protection Units. Some Combine humans, such as the Overwatch, have had various brain washings and organ transplants. This makes them more obedient and combat-ready.

The Combine enforces Civil Law Codes and detains citizens who act rebellious. The Combine are not your friend so do not act as such towards them, you will likely get beaten.

[Rules]

A1 - Do not kill any citizen without logical reason.
A2 - Do not team kill. Team killing is a great way to get you removed from the Combine.
B1 - Do not pull out weapons unless if there is a fight, or someone is breaking our laws.
B2 - Do not abuse weapons. Use the right tool for the job.
B3 - Do not waste your weapon's ammo, if a war breaks out and you have no ammo, you're in trouble.
B4 - Use your correct weapon loadout. No civil protection should have a RPG out...
B5 - With your weapon, try your best to aim correctly.
C1 - Do not use phrases such as "lol", "XD", "Haha" or any terms like that.
C2 - Do not harass fellow Combines.
C3 - Do not say any jokes or funny phrases.
C4 - No swearing, yes, this is similar to C2.
C5 - Immaturity is not allowed. There will be zero tolerance to immaturity.
C6 - Obey all higher ranks. They are your commanders.
C7 - There is no socializing, this is a Empire, not a hangout group.
C8 - Trolling is not allowed, if you are caught, you will be exiled.
C9 - Do not ask for higher ranks, you will earn them.
D1 - Do not join any rebel groups. If you are found in an enemy group, you will be removed.
D2 - Your rank does not matter in other Groups, you are will start out normally here.

[Promotions]

Have you been asking, "How do I get promoted?", here is a guide.

There is two ways to get promoted, we might host trainings on servers, or you do an application. Simple.

[Loadouts]

Members:
Playermodel: Combine Metro Police, (Color is black.)
Weapons: USP Match (Pistol), SMG, (Only in wars), Stunbaton

Moderators:
Playermodel: Combine Soldier
Weapons: AR2 (Only in wars), SMG, Crowbar

Officer:
Playermodel: Combine Elite Soldier
Weapons: Any

[Training Commands/Group up Commands]
Alright, so if a High rank says "STS" or something like that, you might be saying, "Huh?". I will tell you what these commands mean.

STS: Shoulder to Shoulder (Do not hold hands, though.....)

RTB: Return to base.

BOTLO: Be on the look out, means there is rebel activity.

INJECT: Means to move into a enemy base.

RT: Retreat, or to go back to base in a war.

ATEB: Attack the enemy base.

ATE: Attack the enemy.

RAP: Raid all places.

[Citizen laws]

- Never take out a gun without a Combine High rank's permission, and with a reason.

- Do not attack or harass our units.

- Do not use air vehicles without our permission.

- Do not run and jump constantly.

- Do not enter our base.

- Do not join rebels, or enter their base.

[Punishments for Citizens]

Break a law one time, two hits with a stunstick, but fighting or rebel activity is a kill.

Break a law twice, five hits with a stunstick.

Break a law three times, death.

Break a law four times, kill on sight.
