Hmm that's weird, I was using it earlier today. Maybe it was hit by Wannacry? I'll open it in Chrome to see what it says in Russian

You could use the other half life wikia or the cutting room floor if you need to look up beta related stuff

Oh, good. I wondered about shutdown, that it is supported by Valve, so it shouldn't be offline not too long.
edit: It seems that site has still some issues (502), but it is online nevertheless.
