Green pillow unobtainable?

Hi everyone, I've just played the game through once, and then did a speed run through to get the achievement for skipping all the puzzles.

However on my second playthrough I've been unable to ask about the green pillow.
I've reloaded saves (from the start of chapter 3), tried different orders for actions and collecting items, but every time I have come against a wall because I only have the conversational options of "pizza", "role playing", and "colour blindness". No matter how many times I've run through all of these options, no further options open up.

It worked fine in my first playthrough.
I really don't want to have to start another playthrough only to find out I was doing something wrong somewhere.

Anyone with any similar experiences please help!!!

I don't know, I've never been able to find a solution. Maybe restart the game from the beginning and hope that it doesn't glitch again? That's probably what I'll end up doing :(

Had the problem myself once. I just quit the game (without saving, I don't know if that makes a diffrence) and restarted it and the missing dialogue options appeared. I only did this once and can't confirm if this actually works of if it was luck but it might be worth a try.

For anyone still looking at this - I have the achievement now.
My old laptop died, and when I got my new laptop I started the game from scratch and did not encounter the same issue.

And if that doesn't work, you may have to start a new game.

Happend to me. I exited the dialog, saved and closed the game completely. After loading the save it was all fixed.

I just answer here because this was the first discussion which came up on google.
