Game Unbeatable?

I'm in chapter 2 of the game. I'm stuck in the bar and need to make the blowfish but I don't have the bicycle pump. I can't go outside because it's dangerous. Is there any way to get the bicycle pump or do I need to start all over?

Go to the sheriff place, then head to the cell window, there you can see a bicycle and thereyou can take the pump

I can't leave the bar. That's the problem. I can't get to the sheriff's place or to the bicycle.

Do you have the three neon colored-thingies? Then you can make a cocktail, that should let the night end and start a day, where you can leave the buildings. Don't know if it works in this situation too, though

If you are at the point where you are blocked by the don't go near dangerous places block than you should be able to enter a trance at the bar and navigate to the police station inside the trance and drink the coffee there to pretty much teleport inside the police station.

was able to teleport and get the pump. made the drink and killed the bartender but now I'm having trouble putting coins on his eyes :/

Did you talk to the medium through the fire pit in the trance and tell her that you are dead?

Hold down the space bar and see if his eye "interaction spots" aren't right where the graphic is. That may help.
