How to fix green pillow conversation bug? It's really frustrating. This game cotains a lot of glitches :(

I had the same problem which was resolved by exiting the game totally, then restarting using the last save. Not sure if the option "Resume" also fixes it.

Apparently there are quite a few potential glitches/bugs in this game so I constantly do saves just in case. For me this was the first issue and hopefully the last.
