Dialogue not working

When there are various icons in order to talk there should be some text when hovering right? I get: {_Hotpsot592_} for example

Missing dialogues - window in tutorial is blank. In dialogues is something like {_Hotpsot702_} ... Not possible to change language. My stats in steam is german, but whole game is still english... Cant play this...


Oke, after hours, I uinstal this x-times, try to change compatibility, try run like administrator, try to change language --- no working,. But later, this help me:

- uinstal game
- go to instalation folder (easy from Steam library - left click on game - settings - local files - browse local files) here delete all Edna and Harvey Harvey's New Eyes folder
- go to this computer and search "harvey" - delete all files
- restart pc
- in game setting enable steam cloud updates (Steam library - left click on game - settings - updates - Steam cloud)
- instal game again
- restart pc
- start a new game
- it WORKS!
