Blue circles all over the map

There are these blue circles all over the map and mini map like area of effect circles. They will not go away no matter what I try. Anyone have a fix?

Well, it was a bug of some sort. I pulled up and started to build a water pump, moved it around the map a bit, then canceled the build. it cleared it all out.

Same here. I clear it by left shift+left mouse on one of the buildings causing it (duplicate) then hit esc. Should disappear until they fix it

When I have had them not go away a quick reload gets rid of them

select the building then click on an empty space - clears it most of the time

It happens when I select any building with blue circles while the game is paused.

It happens to me. I hoover one of the buildings and do clone (left shift + left mouse) and then right click away from the building on ground to cancel and they all go away. Usually.
