Conveyor belts system needs some love
I liked the game and enjoyed my play through until I got to use conveyor belt systems to max efficiency to keep the whole system working:

- it is difficult to lay them down: it is difficult to make draw their path when the space is cramped, with height and collisions in 3d being a not needed hassle imho
Suggestion: add an auto-path feature, remove slopes if too complicate, allow straight vertical conveyor in place of slopes

- it is difficult to understand where they can plug into or get out from: input/output world signs for conveyor belts are drawn in 3d, sometimes they are hard to spot if you don't turn the worldview in the right direction
Suggestion: Display conveyor belts I/O ports on building as 2D overlay whenever hovering near a building while laying down a conveyor belt

I really love the conveyor system.... I do find I need to leave a TON of space around my main production buildings... and I don't love that as you upgrade your mines and refineries the input/output locations shift (that sucks)...

but when it all comes together and your little packets of resources are floating along ... magic.

the Tier III storage should have an output plug

To add to “nope nope nope”s suggestions, I would suggest being able to lay out the conveyors without attaching them yet. Sometimes you want to see how something looks or if it fits without all the supporting structures. Also, the whole conveyor deletes ahead of the just the segment you want to remove. Finally as mentioned in another thread, every load of the game, the conveyor empties which is a problem with very long runs while producing a minimum. The conveyors are so much fun though regardless!! Thank you!

(Also nope nope nope, didn’t mean to hijack the thread. Just thought it was pertinent)
