"Explore population management"
How do you do the "Explore population management" part of the tutorial? This is doing my nut in.

As in the other tutorial stages, you should see a flashing effect on the Ui and a prompt that directs you to open the relevant menu.

Since the population management tab is located at the top of the screen (and the other pages in the tutorial are usually accessed from the bottom of the screen), I think it is easy to miss. I think we need to make a small improvement with a more prominent effect for this section.

If you click on the tab with the 'human' figure at the top-middle of the screen, you will get to the 'population management' panel.

I am also stuck on this! I'm looking at the tabs and cant find it. Any help appreciated.
