Farms/Kale Yards not producing anything

Hi everyone, it's summer in my game and the farms and kale yards are saying -160 efficiency. They are in fertile spots, all workers assigned, yet nothing is coming.

I had some problems with production in those buildings too.

Did you check what is causing the negative efficiency?

Could be a harsh/dry summer... happened once or twice that some event during summer stopped farmland production
