No maintenance building.
As title says.

I've researched the building, Got a mission to build one, But can't find the build under anywhere.

Am I missing something or is it Bugged?

go to the utility section and switch to tier 2 buildings you'll find it in there.

Thank you didn't even see the tier section at the bottom. I figured it was just placing all relevant buildings in one sub section.

No prob.
it groups them in tiers aswell based on the where they come in the tech tree/ how advanced they are.
