Just play the game...
Figure it out.
Why do you need handholding thru whats is essentially a pretty and simpler version of MS paint?

Oh... Just seen your profile... Youre an American.. That explains it.

Hey this kinda rudeness isn't necessary at all. The game is not intuitive to everyone and some explanation of the buttons and sub menus would be nice. Everyone is coming at games with their own abilities and calling someone out for 'needing handholding' is just rude. Some people need more help than others, like you do on being polite to strangers.

there is a tutorial ingame. Its context sensitive. When you do something it appears right next to your cursor, basically where you look at when you do something. So wherever you click it will show there. It shouldnt be missable. It even stays as long as you dont have done what it tells you.

If you did, you can reset it in the settings.

Youtube has been my go-to for learning how to do new things with this game. There are some straight up how-to videos, as well as a lot of people sharing their long-play building sessions. I love to watch them and see what other people are doing. Very inspirational as well as relaxing. Other than that, my best is advice is to just play around and see what you come up with.

There's a lot of lovely builds and inspiration on YouTube. I've put together a 40+ playlist of inspiration and tutorials so there's lots there.
ChillyzDeb, you have some nice videos on YouTube.

Thank you so much!!!

I agree, there is a lot of inspiration to be found. I have been just in awe of what our fellow Tiny Gladers (what aee we calling ourselves??) are doing. And every time I see the simplest tip or trick I never thought of before, my first instinct is to try it out in my next build.
