Should I rename it?
It's a 7.zip kompressed file, so inside is the savegame and if you take a look into your savegames, you should see some folders with large Numbers as well, so it should be enough to copy this file into this folder.
I guess renaming isn't needed, but if you can't see the savegame in the loading screen of savegames, it could be needed to rename it - but then I would create just a new Glade to use this savegame-number to implement (rename) my shared savegame.

EDIT:
I exchanged the Savegame, because after re-checking the file, it was the wrong savegame!
Additionally to this I uploaded the Camera-Keyframe-File to make you able to explore the village the way I showed in my video on Youtube.
