Is there a way to take higher resolution screenshots than my monitor?

I wanted to turn one of my builds into a map for my Pathfinder game, but the resolution of the screenshots are too small. Is there a way to take higher resolution screenshots than my monitor?

if you're taking screenshots for use as a map, I assume you're using an overhead or ortho view. couldn't you just take a bunch of screenshots of different parts, using the movement keys to move around without changing zoom or distance and stitch them together?

Failing that, use a free upscaler like Upscayl.
