How to make trees without leaves?

I noticed screenshot 3 in the store page had trees without leaves, how is that done? I try to plant trees in all different themes but they all still have leaves?

Depends on the season I guess.... in Winter and maybe Autumn it should be possible by random creating trees to get some without leaves.

In the Olden and Winter seasons, the dead trees are randomly generated, so you just need to set down a bunch of trees and then delete the leafy ones. I think that's the only way to do it at the moment, although I imagine the developers will bring us the ability to spawn leafless trees faster.
