I agree that a prop tool would be very nice with more control of where you place the objects rather than relying on the game to place them.
I would also like a paint brush tool where you can paint like how the roads tool works just on buildings. this would allow for a greater variety of weathered buildings. I suppose some creative people could even make it look like graffiti with enough effort.
I don't know how the engine works so maybe these are difficult additions to be added.
Something cool but prob unrealistic idea would be you see a example of a level from above or some snapshots or you can view all of it and you need to recreate the level and the closer you get the better.
e.g. 60% of level. And then you can choose to keep trying to get closer to 100% (but depending on what get shown (a few snapshots or arial view) you can never get to 100%.
No need to do it, or beat it so it stays fun or such but something to do would convince me and a lot of others aswell.
