Game runs around 20 FPS on good nvidia laptops while in-game.

So I have a NVIDIA GTX 1660 ti laptop with a i7-10700k laptop and the game only runs a maximum of 30 fps while in game. This is not the case when in the pause menu or title screen. This is also the case for a buddy of mine who has a RTX 3050 laptop with a i9-13900k, so specs don't seem to be the problem. We tried reinstalling, verifying game files, and updating drivers. If anyone else is having this problem on a laptop, please share. I'm not sure if I should provide anything else I haven't seen this issue written anywhere else.

Once I loaded into the game while on the beta, it fixed the issue and was performing as it should with higher frame-rate. However, my friend did the same thing and once he was on the beta version, it still had the same issue of lower performance when there shouldn't be.

The point of getting on the beta was the ability to send benchmark data that I can then examine - otherwise I have nothing to act on ^^;
