Workshop support, map size and building improvements
First of all, I would like to congratulate the devs for this beautiful game. It already feels very polished, and the graphics are great.

There are three main features I think would improve the game:

- Workshop support: I understand the team behind this game is small and might need more effort and time to release features. For this exact reason, adding support for a workshop would allow the community to expand the game further. This title feels very "moddable", and a simple retexture mod could bring many players looking for a different feel.

- Map size configuration: The current buildable map tile feels small, in my opinion. From my limited understanding of game development, I understand increasing the map size should not be a complex feature. This should be configurable by the user, allowing the game to run on lower-end machines (if performance is an issue).

- Building improvements: I'm really missing a "copy-paste" feature in the game. Very often, small building modules can be pre-built and copy-pasted later, making larger complex builds take less time. The way structures snap when stacking them together can feel a bit janky sometimes, especially when staking many structures to make a complex pattern or texture. I'm not sure how this could be improved (please, let me know your ideas) but it could feel smoother.

1. This would be really cool, i would love this!
2. it's a little small, but somehow the sheep are always out!
3. Building feels a little rough. I'm not sure exactly how either, maybe a sensitivity thing, I seem to move things where I didn't mean to a lot, like making them bigger or smaller?
4. I would really like to make things look old or new as an option when placing

No.3 is a you problem
No.4 Is part of the process.... Why not just add a 'skip the game' button to make you happy without the work and creativity?

Ifor the record dont want mods... Not just in this game. I dont want them in any game. I dont need the game breaking hassle they bring.

I just wanna add here for folks that keep mentioning the simplicity of this game and wanting more in it. While I too would like a handful of things such as more window/roof styles, and ability to scales things a bit more (like smaller trees, etc.; the WHOLE POINT of this game was for it to be a simple, lovely, uncomplicated, unbloated means to relax and digitally doodle simple rustic castles and cottages. The developers clearly have created a tiny game that perhaps surpassed even their hopes and of course the popularity of their little gem. I would ask that people remember the very nature of this game's beginning and not wish for or be disappointed in it not growing into this huge entity that as it grows, it loses its charm. I have looked at your creations...they are amazing and wonderful and it if we lose our desire to create something awesome from a handful of capabilities, then creativity itself dies. Hope this comment is taken as it is given; not as a criticism but as a reminder. Keep it simple and enjoy the hell outta this one, cuz it's gold!

...I think they were talking about making something look weathered when placing it.

I'm not sure why you came in here looking for a fight?

I buy games and play them as they are offered.
If the dev gives me a weathered look, I'll use it...
Since they didnt ... and nothing in the game is weathered..
We have sheep and ducks... I wouldnt mind some extra animals, cows,m goats, cats dogs, chickens.
Certainly dont want people... Without people I can use my imagination and create imaginary happy homes for imaginary happy folks who we dont see amongst the happy little forest I created.

indeed, if a mod "breaks" it's not their fault and sometimes its the fault of the user

honestly, having more modded building bits and pieces will only EXPAND creativity, not "kill it" like some weirdly seem to suggest

but, it's up to the devs and not the community if they wanna implement it
