I expect the price to be somewhere between 5 and 10 bucks for most first world countries.
If it is more expensive than that I'll boycot it from my library because I'm getting done with all these overpriced and underdelivered released games as of late.
After playing the Tiny Glade demo, I'm willing to pay a LOT for the full version. A LOT. Not just because it's worth it to me, but I am grateful to the devs for creating it and I want to do the right thing by properly compensating them for their hard work. In fact, I will probably buy extra copies to give to friends, and I won't even care if they never play it.
So far this year, this game is the one I'm most hyped for, with maybe only Flight Simulator 2024 being a very close second, although I may have to upgrade my gaming rig for that! :P
--How much will the game cost?
This will be dependent on your region. If you're in the USA, then 10-20$ range is our current guesstimate. To see what that means for your region, you can for ex check Little Kitty Big City prices per region (it's a 25$ game) https://steamdb.info/app/1177980/ Our differences will likely look similar since we're going to follow Steam's recommendations. PS: we are NOT planning to do pre-orders. If those come up, they are most likely scams! Especially if they're outside of Steam (figured I'd mention it just in case ^^)--

'If anyone knows is tinyglade going to be free? if not how much is it going to cost
thanks in advance :D' literally asking if it will be free because they expect it to be but aight
Its not mind games, its basic understanding of context. OP opened up with the topic being if it will be free, and given how Steam users have a tendency to e-beg for even the cheapest of games, its an easy extrapolation they want it to be free. Even on Townscaper there were threads claiming an 8 dollar virtual toy is "too much of wasted potential" and they wanted refunds.
If they wanted to know the price, that's all the topic would've read.
Op also said "if not how much is it going to cost". Sure they may have been hoping for it to be free but they did not ask for it to be or say that the developer doesn't deserve to be paid for their game. What the person I originally replied to said was "Hehe... free? I personally think it's very rude to ask people to work for free." which OP did not do, objectively so.
That is a MASSIVE difference in context and you guys are being incredibly disrespectful to them over it, basically poor-shaming them. I have zero patience for this dogpiling nonsense y'all are trying to pull.
If you're too poor to afford a 10 dollar game (and I'm extrapolating here since Townscaper is the exact same concept and was worth about as much), just get it on sale or GoG. Or get a job.
Oh yeah, because ten dollars is equivalent to buying a house. Genius-tier false equivalence. In case you didn’t notice, OP also owns Lethal Company, another ten dollar game lol. Among several other triple A titles.
If you think that indicates they have a lot of spending money, you are delusional.
