How do I tilt the camera upwards?

Trying to take a camera shot and it is just focusing on the middle so to speak. I want from ground and up. But I cant raise the angle at all basically.

Go into camera mode by clicking the camera button. Then click the second button that looks like a camera on a tripod, it's next to the folder one. If you then click on the camera with wings, you get free camera movement.

The Q and E keys move the camera up and down, W and S zooms in and out. Holding the right mouse key moves the camera and holding the left mouse button moves the focal point.
