Feedback and Suggestions
So, overall, the feeling of my roommate and I on this game is a resounding, we love it.

As always I'll begin with criticisms and associated suggestions.

1) No Punishment. It feels like there is no real drawback to being killed. It's both a good and a bad thing. There are so many medkits on maps that we do avoid getting chased if we can but ultimately we can't be asked to care if we die. On one hand it makes for a fantastically low stress spooky game. On the other it really lets the air out of the scares. My suggestion is to make medkits something you can buy and take with you but maps have varying amounts based on the difficulty of the mission. Easy missions have quite a few, medium missions have a fair 2-5, and hard have 1-2. You also need to allow for non-standard items to be taken on multiple missions if you survive. The vaccuum cleaner for example. $800 for a single run item is a little insane. Plus if I die or not, there's no loss because I'd have lost it anyways. So basically, death needs a minor increase in punishment for dying, and especially failing your mission.

2) Long Term Value. As addressed in 1, we need items we get to keep so long as we survive. Medkits are not one of those things if they are used. Single use items can be plopped in the bin with the bags if you use them up but remaining items should be kept. I'd even say if you are lucky enough to find an item on site, you get to keep it if you have it on you or add it to your stock in the container. Having built up a set of equipment that costs a bit to take in and you lose it if the mission fails is more than fair.

3) More Cleaning. Why don't we have to clean up the blood? Why don't we have to take in a bucket and rag and clean up the general messiness? We should also be disposing of rats, bugs, and other animals on site... Maybe the ghost could help us by throwing previously alive pests into us and knocking us down for a neat little jumpscare. Perhaps the ghost makes the walls drip with ooze to keep you in the house because it's hungry and then you have to go get a bucket and rag to wipe it down, a mop if we could afford it, one of those shark wet vaccums or a shopvac if we're really rolling in stacks. Why are we leaving behind broken furniture? Make us have to gather and carry out the defunct furnishings and maybe the ghost breaks a few more to make us play a little longer. Hell, the glass the ghost is already breaking probably needs a good, little, sweepity sweep.

4) More and More Useful Perks. Pain and simple, with more cleaning, more tools, and more ways the ghost can interact with you the easier it is to make perks that allow for great advantage with little downside to them. For that matter you could add curses, say Easy 1-2, Medium 2-4, Hard 3-6 that are markings on the walls in the houses. They slow you down, make it easier for the ghost to find you, give the ghost advantages in general, like ghost perks, but when the team cleans off the curse marks or throws away the cursed objects the perk fades out.

5) More Spooky and Jumpscares. Let's face it, the game is light on the focus and energy needed to play. With all of these suggestions the idea isn't to give the game a serious challenge boost, just one to lightly raise the stakes so things are more fun. If Demonologist proved anything to me it's that a darker place, jumpscares, and frantic dashes around while being stalked by a ghost is amazing. Especially when you can bring a few medkits to the fight that allow for fumbles to be recovered. The only other thing I can add to this section is make the ghosts a little easier to outrun so you can really get chased and try to hide and get away. After all, the better the job you do the less trash there will be to trip on, make noise while running through, make noise while cleaning up, and generally be easier to sneak and escape through.

Overall these suggestions and criticisms are just about one thing, keep the light stress game in tact but add a little more to the experience. I honestly think that if this game and the upcoming Crime Scene Cleaner could have a baby together I would be incredibly into it. Hell I wouldn't even mind a Casual Gigs (light stress and easier gameplay) and Profession Jobs (harder, a little more serious, far less forgiving) option system.

I feel like I sang the praises well here even in my critique but let's make them more slid here anyways!

1) Low Stress Game. For a spooky game, that can actually be spooky, this game is VERY easy to relax into. Although I wish it was a little more serious and difficult at times the game really shines as a pick me up or party game almost.

2) Decent Atmosphere and Jumpscares. As with all spooky games you find yourself with moments where even the little stuff gets you. This game is no exception. The difficult to pinpoint ghost sounds, the breaking glass, the lights not dying just because I had more than 3 on but because the ghost got a little upset... It's all great. I wish the game were just a LITTLE darker in general because I find I don't even need the flashlight a lot, but overall I get spooped, I get taken off guard, and I become paranoid at times. Perfect. I could do with a little more but frankly it's a good amount of fun and scary.

3) The Narrations. I love the narrations for each house. I wish after hearing them once I could set to autoskip it, but overall I enjoy them. I kind of wish that we got slightly different stories for each difficulty. Like adding onto it. After you finish easy, "The family that moved in after our first visit here... Well... They don't LIVE here anymore... Strictly speaking..." type of thing. Maybe the notes around the house change to reflect the new owners and inhabitants, etc... The point is that even without adding to it, this is a great feature.

Honestly I genuinely love this game and hope to see it grow. Thank you for making it and if this ends up to be all it is, well worth the purchase. If we get to see it move forward and expand, I honestly think we'll see Paranormal Cleanup turn into a huge hit and success.

Good Sir or Madame, I like the way you think! These are all excellent suggestions and I absolutely love this game even with its bugs and issues. I hope the devs see this and consider some of you and your roommate's suggestions.
