I have everything but the damn belt. I already did the quest pretaining to Charlie/his tree house but I never got the belt? :(

Did you mindread Charley and then check his treehouse for a small chest?

You can use the Developer Mode cheat window (F11) to give yourself the belt; it might be faster to use the 'give set' function and destroy the excess pieces than to find the belt in the list of equipment.

Yeah I did cus I did mind read him and never got it I guess? I dunno. Thanks.
