Anyone know where I can get the mine key so I can get the lock and key quest done? I have everything else.

You can get the key in the quarry tower, south east of Lovis' tower. You could enter the quarry itself before taking over the battle tower (there was a cutscene of the mine entrance being blow up when you first approached), but the quarry tower was locked then.

Is Lovis' tower the one with the head?

Lovis's tower is the tower in the middle of Broken Valley, at the norther part of the lake there, if you check your map. The quarry is south east of there, over a mountain.

From the fjords entrance, if you fly forward there is a mountain directly in front of you. Lovis' tower can be seen behind it to the left, and the top of the quarry tower can be seen over it on the right.

BTW, if you have not done so yet, you may want to transform over Lovis' tower and drop down onto the top platform in human form.

How do I get the key to Needlemans little box?

AFAIK there is no key for the small box in Needleman's storage area, at least that anyone has reported finding (there was in the original release of D2:ED, but gone in DKS). In D2:DC you can probably load a save in the Developer Mode of the game, hit F11 and use the unlock function.
