If you want to be REALLY efficient, go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\divinity2_dev_cut\treasure vault\Docs
and open "Div2_Complete Quest Design Delivery.pdf." Page 236 says what each Mindread gives you.
Or just Mindread everyone you come across. You only lose like 1 level doing that by the end of the game, which isn't a huge issue, and there are many benefits to be gained by a good Mindread. For example, the best armor set in Ego Draconis is locked completely behind Mindreading multiple characters.
Cheers!

Ignore points into mind reading, you won't even notice any level difference in the long run, its easier, and you get EVERYTHING that mindreading will reveal. Wisdom is something else you can ignore UNLESS you are specifically holding onto quest rewards until the end of areas to get a bigger boost. Again, if you are a level or 2 higher than you'd normally be, that just means instead of getting 500xp for a monster, you'll get 180, or 85. Much less which will just make up the difference if your a little in debt/behind. It balances out, and those 10 skill points are much more valuable into other skills that let you do more damage or survive easier.
