No. Except with hex editing, or using the editor tool in the agme files, for existing saves. I know to use neither.

If you just started, and want to give yourself a stat boost (only works in new game), you can edit the 'CharSelStats.dat' file in the game folder (or simply named 'CharSelStats'). There are 2 of those files, one is the real one and another is a dummy one, you need to edit the stats in the file in the 'Common' folder iirc. Let me check, I wrote it in a guide. After that, you can start a new game and load with the new stats.
