Buying the buildings gives a x3 bonus, but only on the current output, not the subsequent upgrades of the item itself.

Based on the three that I've played, where you are with the upgrades gets tripled. So basically if bla bla is at 20,000 money per use, then it becomes 60,000 per use. Upgrading counts as x3.

So, if your normal upgrade would up you money to 25,000 per use, then with the bonus your output will be 75,000 per use. So basically x3 multiplies uses and upgrades.
