Game no longer working

I was playing the game while my PC randomly shut off and when it turned back on my game was broken and all of my baked goods didn't show up in the case. It also is glitched to where it says I have no recipes and I can't bake or buy anything. I would really like some help on this as I love playing this game while ZOOTED and I dont want to reset my progress either :(
