Question about the classes learning spells
Since i havent found any information about it anywhere, how many spells of each tier does each class learn? As far as i can see, there are 3 schools of Magic (Wizardry, Divine and Psionic) + Summoning as special case for Summoners, with each of the 3 "main" schools having 4 spells each. Now, i know that the classes keep different amount of spells per spell level when changing class, but just for learning itself, do f.e. a Samurai and a Mage, who both learn from the Wizardry School, learn all the Wizardry spells?

I just referenced a Gamefaqs guide. Keep in mind this is for the PSP version so the translation is different (Psychicer = Psionic) but they are generally easy to guess based on their skill set and descriptions.

thx ^^ my guess is, that "learns a bit of x magic" means, they learn 2 out of the 4 per spell rank?

Yeah. Under section 10: Majors - Spells MSP it tells you how much major of each type the classes can learn. If you level the 3 main magic classes up to level 22 for 9 magic charges in each spell level, you would need to manually forget a number of spells you don’t want so you can cross over the spells you do want.

If you don’t manually do that, RNG will choose which spells for you which would be unfortunate if it didn’t choose Ragnarok.
ah ^^ from the description, it sounded like it only tells how many spells each class keeps when you classchange from that class to another, not how many they learn when staying in that class ^^'
