What's the story with this game? Why is it "Obsolete"? And why did my McAfee anti-virus flag two files in this as Trojans?

Obsolete means it is no longer ready to be used , and some hackers may have infected it because it is no longer protected by anti-spy.

The beta is now available in the 'Properties -> Betas' right click menu, just like with A3. Much neater solution, I think.

Hello,

I will ask our Publishing Department and we will see what we can do about it. For now, you can just hide the game from your Library. Just right click the game in your Library, select „Set Categories...“ and check „Hide this game“. Thank you.

Dear Bohemia Interactive,

I sending this email in regards to an issue with removing Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead Beta (Obsolete) from my Steam Library after my purchase of Arma 2 Complete Collection. As this game no longer does anything I would like it to be removed from my Steam Library.

Having previously contacted Steam Support about the removal of games from my Steam Library I sent them a support ticket with this request. They have since responded with a message essentially saying that I could not remove the game without removing all other games related to the subscription (Arma 2 Complete Collection).

I understand you have no power to directly remove games from my account but is it possible for this game to be removed from Steam entirely as it no longer does anything and many users would appreciate it's removal from Steam.

I use this, over the DayZ Mod, everyday.

Does the DayZ Mod allow different versions to be used so mods like Epoch, Overwatch (and ^_^ Origins) may work because I can not get DayZ Mod to play nice with mod.
