Ea fc 24 I can't send an invitation to my friend in the common lobby

My friend is playing from ps 5 and he can invite me but I can't assign it to him he doesn't appear in the friend tab

Late but I have same issue, delete eachother, sign out, sign back in and add him again. Works for me but have to do it everytime
