Does legendary difficulty just make my AI team mates worse?

Their decision making just falls through the floor. No running, passing it very slowly and constant mistakes.

in most cases it seems so they are always last to get the ball in the air , sloppy passes, kick directly at the GK and so on also very slow to reach the box when you want to cross the ball in , i saw some really strange stuff happening with the opposite team AI with that difficulty option , like they start running super fast to reach the ball sometimes , that difficulty in order to make the game harder just simply make the AI cheats imo .

i do not believe EA make the game harder by making the AI smarter in anyway.

It sucks because world class is just too easy and legendary is just annoying. I feel like im playing 1v11.

Dude you are complaining about legendary? Sure it is bad as you say, then try the Ultimate difficulty... it is just annoying, even bronze players with 57 OVR and less than 50 pace will outpace your players with over 95 pace. Also you cannot tackle the AI and it is almost always foul 95% of the time if you are lucky to land a tackle.

Funny thing is that I am playing it and for some reason while the opponents players are harder to get past my team mates seem less retarded.

I think I fixed the AI a little by turning up how many runs they make meaning they dont just stand still and thus you can actually pass to them.
