Game not open...

The game does not open, I press it to play and it stays validating files, meanwhile the EA app opens a window in which it says "preparing game" and then it closes. When Steam file validation finishes, nothing simply happens. In EA app I can't start the game either, it doesn't give me the option directly, I just get to manage in Steam and I get an option which is Manage but it's simply to buy another edition...

I've been facing the same problem, I used to try and repair the EA app, and that usually did the trick. See if that works for you.
However, now I'm getting an error that says 'EA background services crashed' and my EA app just won't open. I tried uninstalling the app to reinstall it but it won't let me uninstall either. Any solutions?

Hello guys, I bring you the solution after all afternoon trying. You must uninstall the game and then install the EA app. After you install the game from Steam and open it for the first time with the EA app installed (so that the anticheat script can be executed through steam with the EA app), after this you will see the play button in the EA app although you will have to press it directly to play from Steam.
