Two players on one pc

Is it as simple as me purchasing a game pad , and one uses keyboard while the other uses gamepad ?

I purchased on sale to play against my son , normally I prefer grand strategy games but figured on sale why not.

When it comes to football I prefer the FM series much much more haha.

Idc about the online stuff , just a casual game between father and son

yes, to use a gamepad as well, you just need to connect it into the same pc, and then it will work
