Refresh Rate locked at 60Hz

My laptop has refresh rate of 165Hz, all the other games are working fine, even fifa23 was on 165Hz, but fc24 is locked at 60Hz. Help please.

you can change both maximum fps and refresh rate in the in-game settings

I can change the fps, but the refresh rate is grayed out and can't be changed, it is "locked" on 60Hz
